  The price you charge was disgusting i work away and dont see my mum much called over this week end to see her to find that she had he oven repaired by you .fitted a new element for £95 witch is well over priced for a patterned non genuine part with you can buy for around £10 phoned 4 other companies and they all quoted £45-£50 job done .
  
  dont be expecting her to be using your service again daylight robbery .!!
